These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betmly ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://betmly.cam ("the Website").

By registering an account, accessing the Website, or placing any wager or engaging with any game on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and betmly.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on betmly, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. betmly strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the registered payment method, less any winnings derived from ineligible play.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your country or region of residence.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited or restricted without specific licence, where such restriction applies to individual players.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of betmly or any of its affiliated companies or service providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the betmly Platform or had an Account closed by betmly for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by betmly at the time of registration.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the betmly Platform. Sport-specific, game-specific, or market-specific rules may apply in addition to these general provisions and will be displayed within the relevant product section.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. betmly does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in circumstances where a clearly identified technical error has occurred on the Platform side.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or data feed failures, betmly reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' Accounts. Such decisions are final and non-negotiable.
• betmly reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes on any market, for any player, at any time, without prior notice. This includes restricting betting activity on accounts that are identified as engaging in professional betting patterns, arbitrage, or matched betting strategies that disadvantage the platform's offered odds.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to automatic suspension and delay during critical match moments. betmly will not accept liability for bets placed based on information already known to the player but not yet reflected in the platform's odds or market status.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that cannot be influenced by the Platform or the Player. All stated RTP figures are based on independently verified statistical outputs over long sample sizes.
• Minimum and maximum stake sizes for all sports markets and casino games are as stated in the relevant game or market interface at the time of play.

betmly is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all registered players as part of its compliance obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any time — at registration, prior to processing a first withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.

Players are required to submit the following documentation when requested:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo identification document — such as a Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Driver's License, or valid Passport. The document must be current and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, official bank statement, or government correspondence dated within three months, showing your full name and residential address in Malaysia.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of you holding your identity document, with both your face and the document details clearly visible.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where requested, evidence that the payment method used is registered in your name — for example, a screenshot of your registered e-wallet account showing your name and account identifier.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until documentation is satisfactorily provided. KYC verification is a one-time process unless material changes to account information are made or additional verification is subsequently required by our compliance team.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betmly Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances and pending winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal recreational gambling;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC;
• Operating more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform outside of normal user behaviour;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund your Account;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks against legitimate Platform transactions;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, customer support agents, or other players.

betmly reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, at any time, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon Account termination, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any winnings that remain under active wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance reviews.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Where Account closure is requested in connection with a responsible gambling concern (such as problem gambling or self-exclusion), your request will be treated as a priority and actioned promptly, and you will be directed to our Responsible Gambling resources.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betmly, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from your gambling activity on the Platform, including losses that exceed your total deposits;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failure, maintenance, server issues, or events beyond our reasonable control;
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems;
• Any loss or corruption of Account data resulting from events outside betmly's reasonable control, including cyberattacks, force majeure events, or third-party service failures;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

betmly's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total verified real-money balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

All content on the betmly Platform — including but not limited to the betmly brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, images, software, source code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of betmly or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without express written consent from betmly;
• Using any betmly trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any commercial purpose;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any Platform software;
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content.

betmly is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity, not a financial strategy or a compulsive behaviour. To support our players in maintaining control of their gambling activity, betmly provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible to all registered players through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your overall spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session duration limits, after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling — available in periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to deposit or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the betmly Platform. Self-exclusion is immediate and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. betmly will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by a self-excluded player.

Where applicable, international gambling regulations and the specific licence conditions under which betmly operates shall take precedence in matters relating to gaming fairness, player protection, and financial conduct.

In the event of any dispute between you and betmly arising from your use of the Platform, you are encouraged in the first instance to contact our customer support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. betmly will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve genuine disputes promptly and fairly.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority overseeing betmly's licence. Formal legal proceedings, where permitted, shall be conducted in the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

betmly's decisions on all matters relating to gaming outcomes, game integrity, and technical disputes — where supported by independently verified system logs — shall be treated as final and binding unless demonstrably overturned by a competent regulatory authority.
